A project that started as a remodel quickly became new construction when weeks into the process a decision was made to raise the existing main floor level by a foot. This unique structure with triple cantilevers to allow corner glass at all levels fits snugly in the hillside location. Construction included a separate garage with hobby room above and a pool with extensive hardscape. Living roofs and the board formed entry wall add to the details.
